Once a payment is received to reserve our services we allot that time for your project and deny any subsequent projects that would infringe on your project's timeline. If you have any questions or reservations, please contact us prior to making a payment for our services. Thank you! Chargebacks If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment. BIA Consulting reserves the right to disable and/or terminate a contract if a user is found in violation of ethical practices. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded. Sole Agreement. When you agree to the formal proposal sent by BIA with Adesola Consulting and you make an initial payment, this constitutes the sole agreement between BIA Consulting and the client regarding your project. All prices specified in the contract as dictated within the Proposal will be honored for six (6) months after the client make the initial payment for services. Credit Line(s). The Consultant shall receive credit notice in this form: “BIA Consulting by www.adesolaakindele.com” or “Be Incredibly Awesome with Adesola Consulting” (with a link to www.adesolaakindele.com). Right of Refusal BIA Consulting reserves the right to terminate at their discretion a working relationship with a client at any time.
