A journey it has been for me to bring Biabook to you all. To be an entrepreneur is to live my passion and it is helping me fulfil my purpose. I have lived over and over again with every new venture as well as numerous wins and fails along the way.Biabook is a fill-in-the-gap workbook, with a particular dose of #SAEI- Self Awareness & Emotional Intelligence. Imagine a guide to help you through key parts of yourself. These parts you will discover will help you immensely when starting, running, building and growing a business. Fill in the blanks at your pace as there is only one race to be won in life and it is the one with self.
Biabook can be used by a myriad of groups- students (age 10 and up), families, aspiring entrepreneurs, business owners, mentors to monitor mentees, entrepreneurship academies to accompany their programs e.t.c. to help track the user's business development process.

We kick off with Adesola's story. As a fervent advocate for founder well-being, she founded Founder Harmony with a focus on empowering female entrepreneurs in their pursuit of work-life balance. Her goal is to share practical insights and advice gleaned from seasoned entrepreneurs adept at harmonizing the demands of work and personal life. Delve into a treasure trove of wisdom, strategies, and personal stories that will motivate and equip you to attain equilibrium in your entrepreneurial journey.
Adesola's inspiration stemmed from Village Up San Diego's impactful 2021 report, shedding light on the diverse mental and physical challenges faced by female founders at the outset of their entrepreneurial ventures. Drawing on her 25 years of experience, Adesola was motivated to take proactive steps. Guided by numerous speaking opportunities centered around founder wellness, she seized the moment, backed by a supportive ecosystem, to establish Founder Harmony.
